First things first, we build your program with a Strategy Session. This 1 hour meeting allows for us to outline your goals & go over your exercise history.
Week one: Receive your program and get one complimentary virtual session with Haley for help and guidance.
Week two: start with a check-in call to go over nutrition & training. Then get back to work!

After our introductory intake session, you will receive a 7-day program, complete with nutrition and mindfulness practices, to help you reach your goals.
Weekly or bi-weekly video check-in’s will help monitor your progress and allows for customization based on your progression.
Programs start at 6 weeks but can be extended based on one’s goals.

The fitness component of your training will be specifically designed and formatted to your personal preferences, abilities, and exercise equipment available to you.
Exercises and mindfulness habits are super easy to follow in our app.

In-Person Training.
In-person training available in NYC. Located in the Chelsea neighborhood and available for at-home sessions.

In-person training sessions are the best way to make the most of your time in the gym.
After an initial intake session, a weekly plan will be crafted based on your goals, exercise preferences and life schedule. Reach your goals faster with customized workouts and a coach to guide you through the process.

Our gym is located in the Chelsea neighborhood. Clients have access to our app and will have programming for the days outside of the sessions.
